Required Documents List for CSC Scholarship

1. CSC Online Application Form (Heilongjiang University CSC Scholarship Agency no for B category 10212)
2. Highest Degree Certificate (Notarized copy)
3. Transcripts of Highest Education (Notarized copy)
4. Study Plan or Research Proposal not less than 10000 words
5. Two Recommendation Letters By Professors or Associate Professors
6. Passport Copy
7. Physical Examination Form Photocopy
8. English Proficiency Certificate (Ielts is not Mandatory)
9. Pre-admission materials: Candidates are required to prepare application materials and submit the application, and contact the International Student Admissions Office of Heilongjiang University by email: studyathlju@hotmail.com After passing the school interview, the school will prepare a pre-admission notice for the students.
